You provide advice on audit risks associated with new policies, initiatives, systems and processes to improve the organisation’s governance and risk management. You also review business processes and make recommendations for improvements, as well as assist in the Auditor-General Office’s (AGO) audit projects in MINDEF/SAF and address AGO’s audit concerns. Additionally, you promote good governance and control practices within the organisation through education and training. Your challenge lies in having a thorough understanding of various systems and processes to identify risks and having a macro perspective in order to make appropriate assessments and recommendations. 

You must have a tertiary qualification in accountancy or business administration, with at least 4 years of audit or relevant experience. Possession of good analytical and interpersonal skills is essential. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
