SPH Media’s Group Marketing department is looking for a Manager who will contribute to the marketing of SPH Media’s digital products and be responsible for the management of various SaaS and marketing platforms. The candidate will serve as a liaison between business units across the organisation, and external vendors to ensure a seamless customer experience and integration across systems. 

What you will do: 

• Plan and develop marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote digital productsManagement of SaaS/marketing platforms, platform integrations and user network
• Work collaboratively and as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners
• Work with the legal department on standardization and alignment of language and issues related to data privacy & consent
• Develop and enforce SOPs & guardrails to facilitate the compliance of government regulations such as PDPA, Spam Control Act

What you will need: 

• Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or the equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of experience in managing customer engagement platforms such as Emarsys, Marketing Cloud, GEVME (or equivalent), digital marketing and/or e-commerce
• Meticulous, methodical and commercial-minded
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
