As a Business Ops Excellence Manager/Senior Manager, you will be working on Marketing & Media Solutions Division Technology related projects. The role will focus on managing multiple projects/enhancements, collaborating with Technology teams, vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver solutions needed to achieve our strategic goals. 

Roles & Responsibility

• Ensure project deliverables meet business objectives and goals
• Work with business users to document their user requirements, plan and follow through on required business activities
• Review project timeline, scope and budget for reasonableness and practicality
• Review & ensure completeness of user test scenarios
• Ensure changes & trainings are communicated/provided to respective stakeholders for a smooth implementation
• Report and escalate to management as needed

Qualification/Professional Certification

• Tertiary qualification with minimum 3 years of Project Coordination/Project Management experience required
• Strong knowledge and understanding of project management industry standard framework and the development life cycle
• Scrum Master/PMP certification will be an added advantage

Requirements

• At least 3 years relevant and professional experience in project coordination/ management
• Demonstrated experience of successfully managing and delivering Technology projects
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skill
• Ability to work independently and aggressively track project timelines
• Experience with managing cross functional projects, dependencies, and bottlenecks, providing escalations management, anticipating, and making trade-offs
