You oversee and facilitate the learning content development and learning knowledge management in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF). You work with various stakeholders to develop and implement strategies and change management programmes, as well as create a culture of sharing best practices. Your challenge lies in levelling up the competencies in the SAF for learning content development.
You must have a tertiary qualification, with at least 2 years’ relevant work experience in instructional design, change management and knowledge management. As you will be required to work independently with various stakeholders, you must possess good writing, communication and negotiation skills. Possession of knowledge in communications and engagement using social network tools, as well as familiarity with content creation tools and project management, is advantageous. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
