Job Description
This role will be responsible for
- The development of content across FastJobs' platforms
- Supporting the execution of campaigns across our touchpoints, which include social media, partnerships, onground activations, on-site, EDMs and others.
- Involvement from design to execution of FastJobs's marketing growth strategies in order to drive continued awareness of FastJobs, and engage our jobseekers & employers.
- Managing & reporting of marketing campaigns against goals
- Creating compelling marketing content that improves and enhances our brand awareness and drives traffic and conversion
The success of this role will be measured on the following criteria:
- Impact-oriented content strategy and engagement
- Data-driven approach in developing and executing marketing plans
- Constructive collaboration with the FastJobs team
The Successful Applicant
As a successful applicant, you will have:
- Have at least 2 or more year(s) of working experience in digital marketing, events, or communications
- Expertise in social media management and online advertising (minimally Facebook, Instagram and Google)
- Strong collaborative player with excellent attitude and strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise, multi-task and follow-up with an eye for detail
- Proficiency in Adobe creative software (e.g. Photoshop, In-design, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.), and/or Mandarin to market our Chinese-language product are advantageous
