You will be  responsible for the planning of marketing strategies for SPH Chinese publications  namely Lianhe Wanbao and Shin Min Daily News. This is a hands-on role requiring a great deal of independence, maturity and commercial mindedness.

The Job 

• Strategize and execute above-the-line and below-the-line marketing campaigns. 
• Provide analysis and reports on post-campaign results.
• Build and manage relations with internal stakeholders as well as external partners, such as retail chain and channel partners, sponsors and others.
• Produce concepts for creative artwork, and run effective publicity across traditional and digital media.
• Plan and execute subscription events according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
• Come up with suggestions to enhance the campaign’s success
• Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Coordinate all operations
• Lead promotional activities for the event

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in marketing of FMCG retail chain related industries is a plus.
• Good understanding of customer behaviour and segmentation in B2B and B2C sectors
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.  
• Prior experience with digital media platforms that includes results monitoring
• Must be fluent in Chinese (both spoken and written)
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
