Job Description

We are hiring a resourceful and motivated Media Specialist to join our Ad Product Development and Innovation team.

Media Specialists preferably should have a wide understanding of media platforms e.g. Print, radio, OOH, digital, etc. and its effectiveness in different stage of campaign life cycle. 

They excel at out-of-the-box thinking and they are creative yet methodical in their approach at reaching specific market targets or audience by using different mediums. 

They often work with internal and external stakeholders to define, develop, test, market  and managed new product / platform for driving  advertising revenue . 

They are skilled at brainstorming, deadline driven, P/L driven, organized and detail obsessed. They have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Your success means being able to successfully roll out a self-service platform to agencies/advertisers and to drive take up.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Manage and work with relevant stakeholders to ensure on time delivery of the Self-Service platform 
  • Manage and populate the platform with applicable info, rates, etc. 
  • Develop and fine tune applicable workflow with the various stalk holders
  • Roll out packages / promo on self-service platform to drive take up
  • Identify ongoing product enhancement opportunities with partner in order to help grow take up and revenue
  • Keep abreast of latest competitive trends and serve as a subject matter expert  
  • Provide training on use of self-service platform where necessary

Good to have 

  • Presentation skill and able to articulate concept clearly 
  • Experience in digital media, programmatic and other self-service ads platform is a plus
  • Exposure to Tableau and/or other data visualization tools
  • Exposure to digital agency

Job Requirements

  • Understanding of the media and advertising landscape in Singapore (including offline, digital display, ad networks and third-party partners)
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts like digital media plan, programmatic inventory management and pre-bid
  • Ability to develop professional presentation quickly
  • Familiar with analytics and audience measurement tools (eg Google Analytics, ComScore, etc.)
  • Familiar with DV 360 and GAM
  • 2-3 years of hands-on product management experience. 
  • Experience in delivering and rolling out advertising packages 
  • Excellent time and project management skills, able to manage multiple initiatives with varying schedules simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to be highly collaborative
  • Solution oriented, proactive and team spirited
