Office Administrator

Job Description

  • Responsible for the day-to-day office administration efficiently
  • Work closely with Company Director (Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Director)
  • Perform neat filing and documentation
  • Prepare monthly reports and consolidating support documents
  • Liaise with Project & Operation Team. Involve in designate projects by management
  • Work closely with Finance Department for claims and billing related matters
  • Generate quotes and invoices by system in timely basis
  • Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary (stationery and pantry needs etc)
  • Ensure office facilities and equipment are well maintained in proper working condition
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
  • Attending to emails and role related phone calls
  • Working hour: 0830-1800 (Monday to Friday), 0830-1300 (Alt Saturday)

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications in accounts studies or relevant working experience (MYOB, etc.) will be an advantage
  • Responsible, high integrity, and possess a strong sense of urgency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Good communication skills to liaise with people
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Self-driven and holds a positive learning attitude
  • Meticulous and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
