We are looking for a motivated operations executive to ensure our service continues to be top notch for our jobseekers and employers.
 
The Job
You will be part of FastJobs’ growth, working closely across teams to build and optimize processes to ensure operations efficiency and customer experience. The role requires you to be proactive in problem solving, customer-oriented and proficient with basic data administration.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Support business processes in on-ground and office capacities
  • Ensure a fantastic experience for our clients (Jobseekers and Employers) with customer service, troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Execute any necessary logistics requirements for our events and service delivery
  • Assist with data extraction, daily data cleaning and uploading

Job Requirements

As a successful applicant, you will have:
  • Ability to manage daily issues proactively and independently
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and follow-up with an eye for detail
  • Excellent attitude and good communication skills
  • Agility & adaptability to support new projects
  • Demonstrated comfort with using online tools, and Microsoft Office and/or GSuite tools
  • Familiarity with data extraction and basic analysis is advantageous
  • Proficiency in a second language such as Mandarin is advantageous to respond to Chinese-speaking jobseekers
  • Permanent / Full Time
