We are hiring an independent, meticulous and dedicated individual as Operation & Marketing executive.

Job Description:

• Supervised shop operation (opening to closing and cash flow)
• Supervised floor managers, staffs and salon coordinator’s duties
• Manage Staff’s roster, annual leaves, and attendance card.
• Maintain and manage salon inventory database, POS and security system
• Liaise with suppliers, partners and building management
• Work together with admin account for salon operation budget and operation related matter
• Update and manage Salon media (Website, FB and Instagram)
• Prepare marketing strategy in different forms (package, special days discount, membership, loyalty program, and so on)
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties which may be assigned form time-to-time

• Min 3 years of experience
• Has an experience in beauty industry /public relation/ customer service is a plus
• Able to work individually and in a team
• Computer savvy and proficient with MS Office (Words/Excel)
• Preferred to speak both English and Mandarin
