PHP Lead Developer 

We are seeking to hire a skilled Lead Software Developer to help with the development of
projects and leading the team. Candidates will work on projects developed using PHP with
Laravel-VueJS as well as microservices built on NodeJS. You will join a team of Developers who build and support the above systems. You will be involved in the brainstorming of
conceptualization, system design, development, testing, and support of various projects.

Responsibilities

● Lead the team, tasks-level resource planning
● Code reviews
● Build efficient, scalable, reusable PHP modules, APIs and web applications
● Maintaining existing systems and troubleshooting production issues
● Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
● Drive coding discipline
● Write scalable high-performance code that works in multiple unique environments
on-premise as well as on the cloud
● Participate in technical design discussions and document technical knowledge and
design

Requirements

● 5 to 7 years of Software Development experience
● Min 1 year of experience in leading small team
● Highly familiar with PHP and Laravel framework.
● Experience with VueJS and Node.js is an advantage
● Experience in working with AWS products is an advantage
● Experience in working with container-based technologies is an advantage
● Experience with git workflow and unit testing
● Familiarity in agile software development and good knowledge of it’s best practices and
trends
● Great logical thinking and attention to details
● Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
● Team player who is self-driven and proactive in learning new technologies and skills
● Comfortable picking up and maintaining code developed by previous developers
