SPH Product Design Team is looking for a Product designer with strong prototype skills. The candidate will work closely with Product managers and the design team, helping the teams to arrive at solid design decisions and choosing appropriate design frameworks, execute on ideation and UX / UI delivery. He/She will also work in collaboration with the design researchers to conduct user research and validate product design hypotheses, and support various product initiatives.
What you’ll do
Create ideas/concepts leading to design prototypes with an intuitive and delightful experience
Delivering pixel perfect mockups to relevant teams and also develop visual language for the UI, including icons and illustrations
Experience designing for iOS, Android and web along with a good knowledge of HCI principles
Attend and actively participate in daily stand-up, grooming, planning, and sprint retrospective meetings
Work closely with product owners and key stakeholders to define goals, roadmaps and product requirements
Self motivated in personal growth, skill sets and knowledge
Job Requirements
What you’ll need
3+ years of UX or Product Design experience in a product company or digital agency
Expertise in using design and prototyping tools including Figma, and InVision
Best-in-class UX deliverables (Wireframes, User journey, Workflows etc.)
You should be an Individual Contributor
You have good interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience conducting User Research and Usability tests will be a bonus
