Job Summary

The Production Manager is a vital cog in the production process. We’re seeking an energetic, friendly, calm under pressure yet beast mode of a logistical fiend to be our next Production Manager. You need to be able to mesh a vibrant and outgoing personality with a clinical efficiency. Let’s hope we can swipe right with you!


Job Duties:

  • Handle all day-to-day operations and logistics of the video department
  • Works with producers in a collaborative fashion
  • Manage and oversee video pre-production planning and on-site production activities
  • Manage all locations, props and travel requirements
  • Manage all castings and talent coordination
  • Manage all video budgets efficiently from crew invoicing to petty cash
  • Communicate quicky, clearly and efficiently
  • Deliver high quality product on time and within budget
  • Liasie with all internal crew and manage all external crew
  • Problem solve constantly on the go in a calm and efficient fashion
  • Work with producers to deliver all logistical needs quickly
  • Calm under pressure while being able to work long hours on set
  • Identify best practices for day to day onset productions
  • Manage production assistants and other crew effficently
  • Manage all equipment and rentals if needed

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent budgeting skiils
  • A strong network of crew, locations and talent
  • Knowledge of video production equipment
  • Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work with varying and changing needs
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Ability to operate and carry equipment (up to 20kg)
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and potentially holidays as required
  • Be a team player who is kind, supportive and encouraging
