Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support Project Team in Project Management and Project administration.
  • Monitor projects progression and update regularly on project related issues.
  • Manages all project administration document which include application processing and filing management and internal communication.
  • Communicate and work closely with clients, contractors, building managing agent.
  • Handle general administrative duties.
  • Liaise with external supplier for quotation, ordering & arranging for goods delivery.
  • Replying of client emails/phone calls on quotations.
  • Provide administration support to all departments as and when required.
  • Assist in preparation of quotations.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • ITE Cert / Diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess good MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point) Knowledge.
  • Excellent command of English Language is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in interior design and construction preferred.
  • Entry level candidates are welcome.
