Project Assistant

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support Project Team in Project Management and Project administration
  • Monitor projects progression and update regularly on project related issues
  • Manages all project administration document which include application processing and filing management and internal communication
  • Communicate and work closely with clients, contractors, building managing agent
  • Handle general administrative duties
  • Liaise with external supplier for quotation, ordering & arranging for goods delivery
  • Replying of client emails/phone calls on quotations
  • Provide administration support to all departments as and when required.
  • Assist in preparation of quotations

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • ITE Cert / Diploma or equivalent
  • Possess good MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point) Knowledge
  • Excellent command of English Language is strongly preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in interior design and fit-out preferred
  • Entry level candidates are welcome
