Circulation division of SPH is looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual to join the System Support team as a Project Executive. The incumbent should develop a good understanding of the systems used by the division and how it is connected to other corporate systems.
Work closely with internal departments to understand the business change requests, work with team members, technical team and/or vendors in delivering the solution according to the agreed timeline and service levels
Document business requirements, review functional requirements and develop test cases based on agreed requirements and scope of work.
Participate in and manage User Acceptance Testing and System Integration Testing
Support and manage the system implementations and post go-live activities, including producing user guides and training end-users on the use of the systems
Bachelor degree / Diploma in Information Technology or experience in related field
Proficiency in Excel functions and macro would be an advantage
Knowledge of cybersecurity is a plus
Good command of English
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Team player, resourceful and self-starter
Able to work in a fast paced-environment
Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks with collaborative team environment
Ability to manage a diverse groups of stakeholders
