You will be responsible for the daily maintenance and facilities management as well as contractual matters of the properties under the care of the company.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Engineering in either Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from recognized Polytechnic or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience working in Facilities Management of Building Services and M&E services and specialized in at least one of ACMV systems, electrical systems, fire alarms and sprinkler systems or lifts systems
able to supervise a team of technicians
hands on experience in daily operations of company’s buildings
able to liaise, manage and supervise all sub-contractors and review all contracts and agreements before expiry and recommend renewals
able to communicate with all stakeholders on their requirements
able to read and produce M&E drawings for A&A works for purpose of calling tenders and be able to evaluate tenders
computer literate and proficient knowledge of Auto-CAD an added advantage
able to multiple task and work under pressure with good written and communication skills
