Job Description
- Attend to verbal and written complaints / feedback made by stakeholders, public and authorities ;
- Keep record and follow up on complaints / feedback received ;
- Draft and send letters to residents/retail owners on status of construction ;
- Establish cordial relationship and promote good public relations ;
- Maintain and attend to the 24 hour hotline phonecall ;
- Carry out pre and post visits to stakeholders and residents nearby the vicinity of work sites ;
- Perform miscellaneous works as required
