Job Description

• Proposing research topics, designs and plans
• Conducting research on key emerging trends in HR industry and drawing key insights
• Translate research insights into learning products such as toolkits, scenarios, games, simulations, case studies and papers
• Design and implement learning programmes for HR community
• Organise roundtables, seminars and lectures to raise awareness of current and emerging issues

Job Requirements

• At least a Degree
• 2 to 3 years of experience with Research and/ or Learning & Development
• Possesses strong analytical skills
• Possesses strong written and oral communication skills with ability to manage stakeholders at various levels
• Only Singaporeans may apply

Job Type:Permanent / Full Time
Salary:$3000 - $4500
