• Proposing research topics, designs and plans
• Conducting research on key emerging trends in HR industry and drawing key insights
• Translate research insights into learning products such as toolkits, scenarios, games, simulations, case studies and papers
• Design and implement learning programmes for HR community
• Organise roundtables, seminars and lectures to raise awareness of current and emerging issues
