Job Description
- Coordinating sales team by managing schedules, quotations & filing of important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related samples, equipment or material.
- Follow up with existing customers and quotations to close deal.
- Responding to feedback from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Assist in examine & organising stock to ensure quality & quantity is in order before delivery.
Job Requirements
- Out-spoken, high level of positive energy and flexibility to adapt to fast-pace environment.
- Strong ability to work under pressure with right mind set.
- Detailed oriented and possess strong organizational skill.
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Multitask and provide excellent customer service.
- Good command of English and Mandarin (to liaise with China business partner).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
