Coordinate all Tender in a timely manner adhering to dateline
Air and sea freight tender and propose rating based on the data of Tender received. Coordinate with sales and operations before submission to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with internal company on freight rating, Operational Response.
Coordinate with Operation in relation to implementation of Tender/RFQ.
Generating of sales report or support sales for reports requested by customer, when necessary
Provide sales support to business unit export and import operation and rating for the roving Exhibits.
For any start up business, to support sales when required
Provide support relating to data gathering and tabulation
Manage KPI reports when necessary or requested by superior
Operational support
Kart web systems users
Coordinate and support Sales quotation
Monthly report and Billing, when necessary
As and when required providing assistance in data compilation and charts
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
Computer literacy (Microsoft word, excel and outlook)
