Security Executive


  • Manage agency and in-house security personnel and maintain a high standard of service delivery.
  • Manage the physical security operations while constantly reviewing security risks and operations and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop, review and update Security Manual, Standard Operating Procedures and Security Policy.
  • Conduct Security Audits and Risk Assessment.
  • Ensure all security documentations and operations in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Oversee all preliminary investigations of incidents reported and to submit findings to Security Manager/HOD.
  • Manage and monitor all systems in the Fire Command Centre
  • Maintain good relationship with tenants and visitors on all security matters.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimally Diploma in any discipline, with at least 3 years of security experience in supervisory positions, preferably in commercial buildings and retail malls.
  • Security-related Diploma or Degree will have an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of Emergency Response Procedures and Crisis Management Plan.
  • Good working knowledge of CCTV, Access Control and VMS systems.
  • Possess analytical, good interpersonal relationship, communication and customer service skills, self-confidence. 
  • Conversant in Microsoft applications. 
  • Able to carry out duties as SIC/CERT member.
