The incumbent will be supporting the enterprise systems which are assigned to him/her. He/She will also be providing an on-going application support which will include working with vendors, to ensure systems are performing according to business needs.

Your Role

• Support the financial and HR systems and any other corporate enterprise systems.
• Responsible for the App Support Work
• Support Service Request Management
• Investigate and Resolve issues and minimize service interruption
• Provide advice on system enhancements and improvements
• Gather requirements with business users
• Compare business processes against system processes to perform gap analysis
• Support Change Request implementation
• Support in UAT testing, co-ordinate with users and developers during UAT phase for techno-functional queries
• Responsible for the technical test and security test
• Manage SLA with vendor
• Direct and Manage vendor's work, measure vendor's turnaround and performance to ensure KPI/SLA is met
• Ngotiate with vendor on CRs, scope, solutions, timeline etc

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years in managing IT projects and proficient in using proper Project Management tools and methodology, vendor management and relevant IT support experience
• Good knowledge in Finance and Hr systems such as SAP, Oracle Ebiz Suite
• Good knowledge in both Oracle and SQL database
• Basic knowledge of SQL (or other app specific needs)
• Basic knowledge of PC hardware/software support
• Good communication skills
