The incumbent will be supporting the enterprise systems which are assigned to him/her. He/She will also be providing an on-going application support which will include working with vendors, to ensure systems are performing according to business needs.
Your Role
Support the financial and HR systems and any other corporate enterprise systems.
Responsible for the App Support Work
Support Service Request Management
Investigate and Resolve issues and minimize service interruption
Provide advice on system enhancements and improvements
Gather requirements with business users
Compare business processes against system processes to perform gap analysis
Support Change Request implementation
Support in UAT testing, co-ordinate with users and developers during UAT phase for techno-functional queries
Responsible for the technical test and security test
Manage SLA with vendor
Direct and Manage vendor's work, measure vendor's turnaround and performance to ensure KPI/SLA is met
Ngotiate with vendor on CRs, scope, solutions, timeline etc
Your Profile
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 6 years in managing IT projects and proficient in using proper Project Management tools and methodology, vendor management and relevant IT support experience
Good knowledge in Finance and Hr systems such as SAP, Oracle Ebiz Suite
Good knowledge in both Oracle and SQL database
Basic knowledge of SQL (or other app specific needs)
