Sphere Exhibits is looking for a highly motivated individual who is keen to build a career in the events industry to join its digital marketing team.

The Job

• Accountable for the planning, execution, and performance of all marketing activities relating to assigned exhibition(s)
• Plan, design and implement an overall Consumer Marketing Strategy for both online and offline channels 
• Deliver an effective marketing strategy to attract the right exhibitor and visitor profiles cost- effectively 
• Act as key liaison between all partners (including exhibitors, sponsors, and vendors), with focus on onboarding process and regular engagement 
• Maintain existing marketing partnerships and cultivate new relationships with prospective partners 
• Identify, plan and execute marketing initiatives to generate new businesses 
• Drive ongoing measurement and process improvements including digital, content, audience engagement metrics and campaign ROI. 
• Develop and implement marketing, engaging and innovative content as well as social media strategies including webinars, Live, and brand-focused messages for assigned exhibitor(s) 
• Define social media KPIs and develop social media timelines coinciding with ad campaigns, or other brand messages 
• Analyse social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement 

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or Mass Communication
• Ad agency experience 
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills 
• Bilingual and proficient in writing and speaking  
• Ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems 
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced decision-making environment 
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, WordPress
