Senior/ Executive, Clinical Governance Office

Job Description

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives to improve clinical governance and quality, patient care and safety for the hospital
  • Contribute to a clinical quality and safety culture within the organization through communication, education and training activities
  • Manage the Incident Reporting System by following up on incidents in their investigations and corrective actions by relevant parties
  • Participate in Quality Improvement (QI) activities to improve the processes of departments and/ or the hospital
  • Monday to Friday

Job Requirements

  • Nursing or other degrees in Healthcare preferred
  • At least 2 year of working experience in healthcare setting preferred
  • Good clinical knowledge in acute hospital setting
  • Experience in quality, process improvement, data analytics, clinical audit, or patient safety will be an advantage
  • Permanent / Full Time
  • $3500 - $4400
