Job Description

Assist in the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives to improve clinical governance and quality, patient care and safety for the hospital
Contribute to a clinical quality and safety culture within the organization through communication, education and training activities
Manage the Incident Reporting System by following up on incidents in their investigations and corrective actions by relevant parties
Participate in Quality Improvement (QI) activities to improve the processes of departments and/ or the hospital
Monday to Friday

Job Requirements

Nursing or other degrees in Healthcare preferred
At least 2 year of working experience in healthcare setting preferred
Good clinical knowledge in acute hospital setting
Experience in quality, process improvement, data analytics, clinical audit, or patient safety will be an advantage

Job Type:Permanent / Full Time
Salary:$3500 - $4400
