Job Description
- Act as a main point of contract between external customer accounts as well as internal departments
- Manage assigned key customer accounts to maintain good relationships
- Perform related analyses to drive constant improvements by working closely with internal teams
- Extract and analyse data to insight in order to manage customers' training and development needs and expectations
- Take initiative to develop opportunities for collaborations for company's services

Job Requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in corporate relations / public sector
