The position requires a motivated and confident individual to be part of a team for effective day-to-day administration of office services and maintenance.
This includes managing the teams in charge of cleaning, landscaping, transport, mailroom and setting up basic audio-visual equipment.
The job would include budget planning and monitoring, processing of invoices, purchase requisitions and contracts management. S/he must also be able to plan, organise, review and improve work processes to increase efficiency.
