· Prepare corporate secretarial documents such as Board & Shareholder resolutions, minutes of meetings and ACRA filings
· Maintain statutory registers and corporate secretarial records in both digital and physical copies
· Manage company secretarial matters to ensure timely and accurate record keeping, support statutory and regulatory filings/applications and to monitor the relevant deadlines
· Coordinate, arrange and provide administrative logistics support for Board/Committee meetings
· Support Legal Counsels in updating and maintaining records of trademarks renewal, registration, and records.
· Provide administrative and general support to the Secretariat & Legal team
· 2-3 years of past secretarial experience in a law firm or in-house Legal department
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
· Meticulous and detail-oriented and is able to work in a fast-paced environment
· A team player who is highly-analytical with strong attention to detail
