• Leading junior designers and create atmosphere of open collaboration with team members.
• Space planning, creative conceptual design development and detailing
• Produce detail drawings and specifications for construction independently, while delegate, motivate, inspire, mentor and oversee work of junior members
• Source for materials and products for reference as well as for project execution purposes, include liaising and coordinate with contractors and vendors
• Ensure compliance of drawings with regulatory specifications.
• Preparation of mood board and presentation materials.
• Attend client meetings independently or with the support of the project leader.
• Attend site visits independently and respond to any issues.

• Degree or Diploma or its equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in Interior Design and Build experiences.
• Site/ technical construction knowledge is an advantage
• Proficient in 3D Max, Vectorworks/ other CAD software, Sketch up, Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Integrity is a must
