We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead our Management Accounting team. The individual will be responsible for analysing key financial data and identify the cause of any variances. Present the monthly and quarterly reports and to work closely with the Asset Management team to support management with data-driven analysis. The individual will also support the Head of Investor Relations in investor relations matters.
Job Requirements
A graduate in Accountancy or Finance
At least 5 years of experience in management accounting and reporting
Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable in handling large amount of data
Proficient in MS Powerpoint to prepare presentation decks
Strong writing skills to assist in investor relations matter
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to staff at all levels
Previous real estate / REIT related experience and interest in the retail sector would be preferable but not a must
