You will lead, coach and inspire a team to deliver quality and timely HR shared services. In this role, you will review and enhance operation processes efficiencies and control procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency and standardisation of HR processes and activities that comply and align with company’s policies as well as government legislations and regulations.
The successful candidate should have extensive HR experience in leadership roles and possess a good knowledge of HR management software.
You are also expected to drive ad hoc projects as required.
