The Internal Communications Senior Manager/Manager will set the direction and strategy of internal communications, working closely with leadership to drive engagement with our people. You are required to achieve a measurable impact on our people's engagement and create a connected and informed organisation through existing and new initiatives. 

The scope of responsibilities includes the following:

• Set the direction for internal communications and communicate that to stakeholders
• Develop, plan and execute end-to-end internal communications campaigns and events to support business strategies and plans
• Work with internal stakeholders, marketing and comms teams to create content on SPH Media’s internal platforms and social media channels that is consistent with its brand, relevance and engagement
• Generate new ideas and approaches that engage our people across SPH Media and its brands effectively

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business or a related field
• At least 10 years of communications experience, preferably in internal communications
• Familiarity with internal communications tools and channels
• Superior communications skills with the ability to tailor communication to a wide variety of internal audiences
• Data-driven mindset, ability to influence and drive collaboration across corporate functions
• Proficiency in English and a second language
• Developed stakeholder management and presentation skills
