You will play a pivotal role in managing the full talent acquisition lifecycle to build a strong and sustainable talent pool for a group of professionals in the company.

You will work closely with the stakeholders to ensure the delivery of a consultative and efficient talent acquisition service.

You will develop strategies to build strong talent pipelines and create positive candidate/employee experience. This would include creating brand awareness through targeted outreach and engagement activities to reinforce SPH Media as an employer of choice.

• A degree and/or diploma in Human Resources with at least 5 years of experience in the full life cycle of talent acquisition of professionals
• Strong working experience in sourcing techniques, platforms and tools
• Proven experience in managing a full life cycle in recruitment
• Meticulous, resourceful, organised and able to multitask
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Team player and able to build relationship and influence stakeholders
