Reporting to the Assistant Marketing Manager, working on Leading Department Store business.
Conceptualize, Develop and Execute Marketing Plans for brands, analyzing the effectiveness of promotional activities
Identify, Build and Maintain relationships with Media, Influencers, Agencies and customers audiences to continue the brand push to be known in the market
Work closely with principals, partners, vendors, suppliers and other stakeholders to develop effective strategies to deliver successful marketing plans, products and events timely and within the approved budget
Assist with production, creating and designing artworks within the fashion’s concept
Generate new ideas and drive continual optimization and customer acquisition of marketing campaigns
Assist in launching of new campaigns, events and products
Able to generate PowerPoint Presentations, Edit Press Releases and Reports in a timely manner
Providing support on the management of exciting strategic cross-market campaigns.
Management of marketing budget to maximize revenue growth
Regularly track and review analytics and metrics to report on campaign performance, Analyze ROI and present to the management
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication Art or other related field.
At least 2-3 year’s experience in relevant fields
Computer Proficient with Microsoft Office, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign as a bonus
Personable, Presentable and Articulate.
Hardworking and Enthusiastic, with initiative and ability to multi-task.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and on multiple projects at one time
Able to work under pressure and with great project management skills to adhere to deadlines
Must possess strong communication skill and techniques
Some Experience in Brand Marketing Communications in Fashion/Lifestyle or FMCG industry would be advantage
