We invite suitably qualified candidates to join our trade exhibitions team as Marketing Manager.  

The Job

• Main responsibility is to bring in the targeted trade visitors for the exhibition including conference delegates, hosted buyers and visiting delegation

• Develop a marketing plan with inputs from the project team. Take ownership and execute according to schedule

• Oversee the production of all exhibition sales and marketing collaterals from website, EDM, DMs and onsite marketing message for the exhibition

• Create and maintain Exhibitor & Visitor Promotion Database

• Work closely with each project team to understand the profile of each event and exhibitors' requirement so as to bring in the right visitors

• Assist the Sales team to develop sales collaterals from sales brochures, website, fact sheets, EDMs, banners etc

• Attend fortnightly sales and marketing meeting with the project team to discuss progress

• Form alliance with contra media partners/ related Associations for both EP and VP  (local and region) promotion

• Appoint PR agency and organise press conferences and develop press releases

• Work closely with Operations team for all onsite requirements including Official contractor, Registration vendors, Manpower vendors  

• Plan and schedule VP trips to target countries to establish relationship with VP User Association/Partners

• Submit monthly marketing report

• Work closely with Project lead in managing allocated marketing budget with little/no deviance

• Work closely with external project strategic partners and provide the necessary support

• Fully responsible for onsite visitors management

• Degree in Marketing

• 3-5 years of marketing of trade exhibitions in Singapore and regionally

• Team player and able to lead a team and work effectively with people

• Must be open to overseas travel
