• To drive sales and marketing initiatives for education products and education-related events
• Follow up on marketing leads, prepare promotion plans and perform sales
• Develop and facilitate marketing programmes, including advertising and promotion, events management and product launches
• Work closely with internal departments and external partners
• Carry out a range of business support and coordination activities for the day-to-day operations such as taking minutes, handling inquiries, administering logistics issues and inventory control of collateral materials
• Handle ad-hoc projects and any other duties as and when assigned
• Provide support to generate and analyse sales reports

• At least a Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience
• Self-motivated with the ability to be both a team player and work independently
• Identify potential opportunities and generate sales leads
• Achieve individual and group sales target
• Establish good relationships with new/ existing clients
• Conceptualise, design and execute marketing plans
• Able to multi-task to deliver within limited timelines and budgets
• Able to maintain positive relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders; including senior level management
• Passion for the education industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in sales and negotiation
