Sr. Manager - Finance & Accounting 

This role is overall responsible for all accounting and financial reporting, internal & statutory audit, managing banking operations & statutory compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall accounting, internal & statutory audit, tax matters, credit analysis, managing banking operations & statutory compliance.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, banks, legal counsels, supplier, buyer etc. for proper execution of trade.
• The role shall include business analysis, evaluation of financials, appraisal of clients, supporting budgeting and forecasting.
• Responsible for preparation of financial reports, MIS on monthly/quarterly basis and submission to the management.
• Responsible for credit monitoring of accounts receivables and taking action for timely recovery and suggest policies on receivable management.
• Liaise with the auditors to ensure compliance of audit requirements with relevant statutory requirements and reporting standards.
• To support the finance director in the modelling of activity, income and expenditure in relation to business developments and financing proposals. 
• Responsibility includes travelling to the company’s overseas branches for internal audit, accounting reconciliation, client visits etc. 

Qualifications

• University Degree with professional accounting qualifications
• A Chartered Accountant degree will be advantage
• Have at least 3/4 years of relevant experience
• Independent, articulate, good planning and organising skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
