Job Description

Sphere Exhibits Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore Press Holdings, invites highly motivated individuals to join its team as  a Telesales Executive.

The Job

  • Market and sell Sponsorships packages and Exhibition spaces
  • Understand market trends, needs and identify potential exhibitors
  • Cold call to identify new leads, seek new prospects and develop new accounts to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets/KPI
  • A team player. Work with all supporting units to achieve the objectives of the division
  • Account Serving. Assisting clients by effective coordination throughout the sales process to ensure successful execution of the event
  • Deliver proper reporting to the Manager
  • Assist in any other ad hoc tasks assigned

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as  telesales representatve or other sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent knowledge of English 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool tempered and ability to handle rejection 
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in conference/exhibition industry preferred with strong track record of over achievement of sales targets
  • Permanent / Full Time
