Temp Administrative Assistant

Job Description


- Responsible for coordination and logistics for all training courses

- Liaise with vendors on orders and delivery

- Handle customer enquiries via email and over the phone

- Assist the team in admin support including Purchasing and Finance matters

- Assist in ad-hoc events

- Experience in SkillsFuture system is a bonus



Job Requirements


- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

- Attention to detail and meticulous in follow ups

- Possess problem solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

- Diploma / Entry Level
