As a UX Researcher, you will help SPH develop greater insights into the needs and desires of our customers in order to create and improve our online products. The role involves interfacing with customers of our digital products, synthesising qualitative and quantitative data, and keeping up to date with the best practices in user experience research.
What you’ll do
You’ll carry out qualitative and quantitative research on SPH digital products by conducting user interviews, usability tests and other research activities. You’ll recruit suitable participants, document your findings meticulously and translate them into actionable recommendations
You’ll present your research findings to stakeholders, and work collaboratively with designers, product managers, engineering teams and other stakeholders who support our product development efforts
Enjoys working through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Ability to facilitate group meetings and workshops
What you’ll need
At least 2 years of experience as a UX researcher in a product company or digital agency
You should be an Individual Contributor
You have good interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Good to have
Experience with integrating consumer research into a business’s product design practice.
Experience with independently recruiting users for research activities
Highly proficient in English. Working proficiency in a second language (Chinese, Malay or Tamil) will be a plus.
