Improve, manage and execute the processes required to ensure an efficient and patient oriented practice.
Ensure that all tools and processes are constantly in place and up and running, including practice hub, telephone, emails and patient database.
Monitor patient experience, appointments, growth and collections.
Ensure and maintain a tip top practice facility.
Manage and execute on an effective marketing strategy, including liaising with web site and advertisement development agencies, managing appropriate and cost effective online advertisement and marketing campaigns.
Manage front desk staff, physiotherapists, accountants, company secretary and doctors in order to achieve a winning experience with patients.
Act as the office manager responsible for all aspects of the practice, including ensuring bookings, payments and positive end to end patient experience.
Organise board meetings, taking minutes and actioning on items/ decisions of the board of directors and shareholders.
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the board of directors from time to time.

Job Requirements
Minimum Degree holder.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience, especially in managing other wellness oriented businesses.
Experience in online marketing and business development.
