Assistant Manager, Billing

Job Description

  • Manage the complete billing cycle from discharge to collection
  • Handle and manage public, patients and their family members’ billing enquiries and feedback
  • Process management and improvement
  • Lead and manage a team of staff and work on projects as and when assigned by supervisor.
  • Monday to Friday

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting or Business (major in Accounting), with Professional Accounting Qualification (CA preferred)
  • At least 6 years of relevant working experience in Business / Accounting / Finance field and preferably 2 years of managerial / supervisory experience
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
  • Ability to handle complex, ambiguous and challenging situations
  • Permanent / Full Time
  • $4000 - $5000
