Associate Executive, Community Relations

Job Description

  • Provide administrative and logistical support in:
    • Management of volunteers
    • SCH Community Engagement events, including fund-raising and community outreach events
    • Invite and calendar management
    • Venue booking and management / setup
    • F&B booking and management / setup
  • Maintain records of donors data and donation records
  • Application of necessary licenses with respective stakeholders for fundraising purposes

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Higher NITEC / NITEC/ GCE N / O / A Level + 8 years’ experience and demonstrated competency
  • Preferably 2 years’ experience in volunteer and donor management, event planning and management and fundraising
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Permanent / Full Time
  • $2000 - $2800
