Job Description

Coordinates admission and the transfer of patients into SingHealth Community Hospitals in a manner that is timely, smooth and efficient.
Conducts financial counselling and admission briefing to patients and their families.
Ensures that all patients are covered with adequate deposits and/or Medisave funds. For patients requiring financial assistance, assists patients to apply for Medifund.
Assists in enquiries on admission and billing matters and collections of monies.
Monday to Friday, Work on Saturday (1/2 day) – Once
every 4 weeks / alternate Saturdays

Job Requirements

GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ level / NITEC or Diploma in any fields
Demonstrates good interpersonal and effective communication skills
Able to work independently
Have a genuine interest in customer service and passion to serve patient / guests

Job Type:Permanent / Full Time
Salary:$1400 - $2500
