Job Description

  • Assist in Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Ensure relevant employment legislations are complied with, and organisational policies, procedures and processes are followed
  • Assist in the administer, development and implementation of HR plans, policies and procedures
  • Administer recruiting, hiring and termination process such as drafting of job description, sourcing, advertising, screening, arranging interviews on-boarding and exit interview
  • Oversee all work pass matters for foreign employees
  • Monitoring personal files and HRIS records are updated timely and accurately
  • Process Monthly Payroll matters include commission and attendance.
  • Administer Leave & medical claims
  • CPF & IRAS submission
  • Prepare monthly HR reports (Leave, Headcount, Sales review, attendance & casting)
  • Monitoring personal files and inhouse HRIS records to ensure the update in timely and accurately basis.
  • Liaising with external parties on government grants matters.
  • Submit Childcare, Maternity’s claim and work pass levy waive
  • Assist in employees’ insurance renewal.
  • Assist in Performance Appraisal review
  • Attend to employees’ queries and needs promptly
  • Support day-to-day HR administration work.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
  • Recruitment experience preferred
  • People oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
