Job Description

Provide pharmaceutical care by working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary care team to promote wellness, or intervene in acute/chronic illness
Identify, resolve and prevent drug-related problems, and make recommendations on patient drug therapy
Support the Pharmacy Manager in implementing Pharmacy initiatives and programmes, and provide guidance to healthcare practitioners, patients and caregivers to achieve desired outcomes for patients through safe, timely, cost-effective drug therapy
Monday: 8.30am to 5.30pm; Thursday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm; Once a Saturday roster in every 4 weeks: 8.30am to 12.30nn

Job Requirements

Degree in Pharmacy with at least 4 years of experience as a Pharmacist with 1 year of supervisory experience
Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
Able to work well independently and in groups
Good interpersonal and communication skills

Salary:$3300 - $3700
