Singapore's premier business daily, The Business Times is looking for an enterprising reporter to join the team. 

As a journalist, you will produce business content across print, digital, voice and video platforms of The Business Times in a fast-paced environment. 

Technical skills can be trained and honed, but strong writing and analytical skills are prerequisites. The applicants should be quick at spotting trends and ready to seize business scoops. They should be driven by curiosity, and embrace a growth mindset.

Applicants with a few years of experience in financial or business writing or relevant working experience in the industry covering news including macroeconomics, SMEs, companies reporting, technology and startups will be preferred. Recent graduates with investing knowledge are welcome to apply. 

Key Requirements  

• Relevant degree in Communications, New Media, Business, Finance, Journalism or any relevant fields
• Sharp news sense with a good understanding of content management for multiple platforms
• Effectively bilingual in English and any other Asian language.  
• Demonstrates ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• Ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment
