As an Art Director in Focus Publishing, you will be expected to:

• Create/Develop ideas for print and digital projects and ensure successful implementation of creative concepts for new projects
• Oversee ideas and projects under your care and be responsible for the standard of design
• Pitch concepts to clients and internal stakeholders; oversees projects from start to end to ensure adherence to deadlines as well as sign-off before presentation with clients
• Oversee layout and design of custom titles and content projects of Focus Publishing

• Highly creative with strong core design skills; understands clients' vision
• Kept abreast of current trends in design, technology and content delivery across different platforms
• Good team player with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Possess good project and client management skills, as well as good in resource allocation
• Able to manage tight deadlines
• Has knowledge of software and applications in the creative process
