Assistant Manager, Office Services

Job Description

SPH Media is looking for a committed and confident individual to lead and manage the various Office Services teams and ensure smooth-running of daily office services support provided to the organization.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Manage the office services support team (includes cleaning / landscape services, events set-up and equipment support, transport services as well as mailroom) and ensure that the day-to-day operations is carried out in a timely manner.
  • Provide supervision to the teams and ensure that feedbacks are attended to and deadlines are met.
  • Manage the office services contracts and ensure that it is in alignment with corporate policies.
  • Take lead in tender / contract review exercises.
  • Assist in the management of key initiatives and projects implementation.

Job Requirements

  • Possesses at least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably with supervisory experience in large organizations.

  • Strong organization skills with an eye for detail.

  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Possesses good interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills.

  • Adept in Microsoft Office and G-suite (Docs, Sheet & Slides).
