Reporting to the Head of Secretariat & Legal, you will ensure that the Group’s business processes/transactions comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”) and other relevant legal requirements and internal guidelines.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Advise on the Company’s compliance with PDPA and other regulations.
• Actively review, develop, and oversee Company policies, principally in personal data protection.
• Regularly review Company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses and/or risks.
• Implement, manage, and review the effectiveness of legal compliance programmes.
• Create and manage effective actions plans, including relevant training for staff to prevent compliance violation
• Assess Company operations to determine compliance risks.

• Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management or other related fields
• Possesses at least 5 years of experience in data protection and compliance role with strong understanding of the PDPA
• Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures
• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly analytical with strong attention to details
